Is your diversity event on campus? Is it an offical university event? Make sure to submit it to the University calendar. 

Steps for sumbitting an event:

  1. Visit the University calendar website.
  2. Fill out the form.
  3. Under Event Categorization, check diversity & inclusion and any other boxes that apply. (By checking diversity, it will ensure that your event shows on this website.)
  4. It is recommended that you post your event as early as possible, but no later than one week prior to the event.
  5. Event postings should be limited to open events.
  6. Please make sure to include contact information in the event entry form so the administrator may contact you if there is a question regarding your event posting.
