A series of campuswide digital strategy sessions is one of many additional actions the University of Arkansas is taking to achieve transformative change in the areas of diversity and inclusion on its campus.

All students and employees are invited to attend the sessions. Here is the full list of remaining sessions to register and attend this summer:

  • Monday, July 6, from 5-7 p.m. |  Register by July 1 at 5 p.m.
  • Wednesday, July 8, from 1-3 p.m. |  Register by July 2 at 5 p.m.
  • Monday, July 20, from 1-3 p.m. |  Register by July 14 at 5 p.m.
  • Tuesday, July 21, from 10 a.m.-noon |  Register by July 15 at 5 p.m.
  • Monday, Aug. 10, from 5-7 p.m. |  Register by Aug. 5 at 5 p.m.

Participants will break into groups by peer status to discuss campus needs relative to the university's diversity and inclusion priority and the goal to promote inclusivity, racial equity and belonging among all students, including those that are historically underrepresented on campus.

All voices will be heard! All participants will have an opportunity to provide written thoughts and suggestion on an evaluation they will receive at the end of the session.
This is the first step in a series of efforts.

For the best digital experience, consider joining and participating in the sessions from a computer.

Registration is first come first serve, as it is limited to the capacity of the platform. The information from the session will inform a concrete strategic and actionable plan to achieve our campus priorities for racial equity by addressing the identified barriers.
