EMPLOYEE IMPACT GROUPS

Employee Impact Groups (EIGs) are diverse communities that enhance the U of A employee experience through engagement, development and collaboration.

Our seven impact groups host critical conversations and cultural events that create opportunities to learn, while promoting inclusion of all employees across campus. They also offer mentoring opportunities for students and form an important bridge with similar organizations across Northwest Arkansas.
